It can be used in all kinds of meatballs, stuffed dishes, minced meat, meat and vegetable dishes, ravioli, dried beans, chickpeas, peas and other grain group dishes.
Preparation
Add 1 kg of minced meat, Buhara Kofte Harci and 200 ml of water to a bowl and knead. Bake in a lean pan, oven or grill by shaping. Serve hot.
Optionally, you can add eggs and parsley to the mixture. For a tastier meatball, it is recommended that the ground beef is a mixture of veal and lamb, after preparing the meatball, it is covered and placed in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
